1. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established Company Policy, State and Federal regulations.
2. Perform daily audits on gaming devices, cage accountability and non-gaming revenues.
3. Reviews, reconciles, and verifies documents for proper completion.
4. Research and investigate any missing, inaccurate, or conflicting information.
5. Adheres to all Internal Control Policies and Procedures
6. Writes exceptions for violations of Company policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and Regulations.
7. Assists with planning and implementing an audit schedule.
8. Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor. Keeps supervisor informed of relevant activities.
9. Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
10. Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
11. Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the team member’s department.
12. Take on and manage various projects as assigned to aid in achievement of evolving Company goals and objectives.
13. Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
14. Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
15. Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED certificate plus experience working in a financial setting. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.Required competencies include initiative, time management, decision-making, communication proficiency and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, or equivalent applications and menu driven programs. Knowledgeable in creating and analyzing spread sheets or similar data reporting.
Strong oral and written skills.
Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the successful completion of all essential responsibilities.
Must meet or exceed all regulatory conditions stipulated for individuals holding this or similar positions.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
