Natalie Schramm serves as a Board Member of P2E. She was previously Chief Financial Officer and partner at Peninsula Gaming, where she was instrumental in the financing and operations of five casinos, leading to a $1.45 billion sale to Boyd Gaming.

With P2E, Natalie has overseen the financial success of several premier destinations, including del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, New York, Colonial Downs Racetrack and Rosie’s Gaming Emporium properties in Virginia, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sioux City, Iowa – all of which were sold to Churchill Downs Incorporated for $2.75 billion.

Today, she oversees the financial operations of all P2E casinos, including Kansas Crossing in Pittsburg, Kansas, and Revo Casino and Social House with five locations in New Hampshire: Manchester, Dover, Lebanon, Keene, and Conway.

As P2E moves forward with new development opportunities and projects, Natalie continues to provide financial and capital investment expertise – all amplified by her passionate dedication to service, quality, and community.

Natalie is a certified public accountant and graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
