CASINO FLOOR AMBASSADOR
Position Summary:
Responsible for servicing and building relationships with the guest, paying hand-pay jackpots, exchanging currency, executing player’s club signups and performing minor repairs on HHR machines.

1. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established Company
Policy, State and Federal regulations.
2. Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
3. Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for team members.
4. Maintains security and always protects Company assets by adhering to Company policies and all state and regulatory compliance including Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and performs all job duties in a safe, professional and responsible manner.
5. Effectively handles guests’ relations, concerns, requests and minor disputes.
6. Punctual to all meetings with a positive attitude and openly participates.
7. Ensures compliance with approved procedures.
8. Protects company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance in- cluding; but not limited to, internal controls, policies and procedures, and responsible gaming.
9. Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of HHR machines; performs preventa- tive maintenance on HHR Machines during down time.
10. Ensures gaming devices are operating properly; promptly calls for technical or supervisory assistance when necessary.
11. Performs minor repair to slot machines.
12. Promotes and issues the players’ card and or reprints cards upon request; meets set goals for players’ card signups.
13. Changes ticket paper and for writes up jackpot forms correctly.
14. Must be able to read gaming floor glass and pay table information and be able to recall vital game histories.
15. Notifies shift supervisor of irregularities in customers’ play.
16. Maintains a clean and safe environment and performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
17. Acts in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis and as gaming license allows.
18. Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor. Keeps posi- tion supervisor informed of relevant activities.
19. Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
20. Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the team member’s department.
21. Take on and manage various projects as assigned in order to aid in achievement of evolving Company goals and objectives.
22. Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
23. Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
24. Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
25. Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED certificate, plus six months to one year of work experience; or other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Required competencies include initiative, time management, decision-making, communication proficiency and organizational skills.
Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels and varied light levels including flashing lights.
Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the successful completion of all essential responsibilities.
Must meet or exceed all regulatory conditions stipulated for individuals holding this or similar positions.
